The new Talbot Torro Isoforce 1011 is (unstrung 75g, total weight 80g) one of the lightest, if not the lightest, best-selling badminton rackets in Talbot-Torro’s popular Isoforce series. The low weight was made possible by the highest quality Carbon4 (high modulus graphite, lighter and harder than classic graphite) with Kevlar reinforcements, by a thin frame and shaft and, above all, by the graphite shaft. Instead of the usual wooden shaft, the Isoforce 1011 has a hollow graphite shaft that saves around 5g in weight. Thus, 5 g are saved in the grip and the center of gravity is shifted towards the racket head. The Isoforce 1011 is therefore a very light racquet, which still has enough head pressure for a powerful game and additional hits due to the offset center of gravity. Due to the isometric shape of the head, the swetspot (optimal hitting point) is a bit larger, so the racket is forgiving to small mistakes in the form of slightly less optimal shots. Medium shaft flex is a good compromise between control and power. At 3 and 9 o’clock, i.e. to the left and right of the head is the MPZ = Mega Power Zone. Here the string eyelets are slightly enlarged through the frame so that the string can swing through the frame => more power through a larger trampoline effect. The slightly thinner shaft (Slim Shaft) makes the racket lighter and more aerodynamic. The premium 2-piece construction allows for an extremely precision-manufactured shaft that is thinner, lighter, and equally flexible in all directions. Isoforce 1011 is supplied with the durable and springy Talbot-Torro Galaxy 0.8mm multifilament string. The maximum recommended tension is 10 kg.
