Perfect for my wants! I replaced the carabiner with a jump ring. Makes a full loop for around my neck, easy to slide my ship card onto the jump ring, and easy to un-loop, hook to my clothing, and use card end for the casino and other uses. Bonus, it's sturdy and should last for years!

Didn’t use for fishing. Works good for my purposes as a leash/ lanyard.

I use this for my work phone device thing so I’d stop leaving it behind and I really like the quality of it and it’s very durable and it’s prolly good for hiking and like outdoor stuff it’s meant for

Nice item for the price but if a 40 lb striped bass hits your line you don’t want to count on this if you have a high priced rod & reel on the other end. That said – I’d put a $150 set of gear on it… and stay at the ready.
