I have been using this product, along with a 3 foot resistance band, for the last couple years. I installed a smooth metal post in my basement storage room, which happens to have a long skinny area about 30 feet long which is perfect for band sprinting. I loop this band around the post (by feeding it through itself so it locks in place), then I feed the short band through the end, and put each side of the short band around one of my arms (from behind). Then I run forward about 20 feet as the band slows me down, and then I let the resistance pull me back (while continuing to lean forward as I run backwards so it doesn't pull me over). I do 10 "reps" sprinting forward and back, then rest for a couple minutes, and then repeat. 5 sets of these is a great interval training workout. And I can do it in the comfort of my own home, year round! I already had a barbell, weights, and a power rack for strength training, and now I can do sprints indoors too. This is a great product, and I would highly recommend it.
