\nI bought this for my 9yo daughter who had been working hard on pitching for a couple of years. One thing she consistently needed to work on was a full arm circle. We tried various warm ups, arm circles against the wall, etc. but at her young age she wasn\u2019t thrilled about standing against the wall doing arm circles and is inpatient with warm-ups anyway. We borrowed the mini accelerator from a friend and she really liked it, anything to reduce warm up time and help muscle memory seemed like a good idea so we purchased one. After using several times over about a month, we began to see a big difference, her circles were more consistent to the point it\u2019s no longer a worry.
