Although the most opportune time for developing lifelong fitness habits in the childhood years, it is in the late teens and early twenties when a fitness consciousness among men and women is realized. At this stage in life, people reach physical maturity and the body is at its natural peak of physiological efficiency and health. However, it can be observed that in the late twenties and early thirties, the natural fitness begins to disappear. Lack of exercise begins to show its effect. <\/p>\n
