3 Games in 1: How to play Word. Set. Go.

Overview

Players compete to form a 3, 4, and 5 letter word from the 12 cards dealt to each player. The player that forms all three words the fastest wins the round.

Step 1

Shuffle and deal 12 cards to each player. Keep the rest of the pile in the middle and place the top card face up on the side to form the discard pile.

Step 2

Everyone gets a minute to make 3 words out of the 12 cards dealt. If you can make a 3,4 and 5-letter word, call out “WORDIT” and display them to win that round. Fastest player wins. If no one is able to create the 3 words, the round starts with the player sitting on the left of the dealer.

Step 3

In your turn, pick a card either from the draw pile or the top of the discard pile and try to make all three words. If you make all the 3 words, discard the extra card and display to win that round. If you can’t, discard one of the cards and game moves clockwise.

3 Games in 1: How to play Guess.

Overview

Guess all of your opponents’ words from the hints displayed in front of you. Be the first one to guess the words and earn points. But don’t forget it is as much about safeguarding your word as it is about guessing other player’s words.

Step 1

Deal 10 cards to each player. Make a 4-letter word from the 10 cards in hand and put them face-down in front of you in order. If any player is unable to form a word, distribute one additional cards until everyone is able to make a valid 4-letter word.

Step 2

The first player opens any of two cards face-up. The other players take one chance each to guess the word.

Step 3

If any player guesses the word right, they collect the word and the face-down cards add up as their score. If no one can guess your word even after 3 face-up cards, the face-down card gets added to your score.

3 Games in 1: How to play rapid spell.

Overview

Be the first one to form words from the cards opened in front of you. Every player must open a card and attempt to make a word using 4 or more letters. The longer the words, the more points you win.

Step 1

On the count of 3, all the players pick 1 card each and turn it over at the same time. Keep turning the cards face up till you can form a minimum 4-letter word (no maximum limit) from the open cards.

Step 2

Be the fastest player to shout a word. If no other player can challenge you with a longer word in the next 5 seconds, take away the cards and keep them aside for scoring. If another player makes a longer word, he/she takes away the cards.

Step 3

The game continues with the remaining open cards, and each player opens new cards face-up. The game goes on till all cards are turned over and no further words can be made from the remaining face-up cards.
