Infections which arise as a result of swimming are known, fittingly, as “swimmer’s ear,” and they can be painful and annoying. Additionally, repeat infections can contribute to hearing loss, which is very undesirable.

Instructions

Step 1: Take out the earplugs from the case.

Step 2: Gently pull your ears and try to insert the earplugs into the ear canal.

Step 3: Adjust the earplugs to the correct position so that the entire earplugs press against the pinna.

Attentions: Don’t insert the end of the earplug into the ear canal. The earbuds are marked with “L” and “R” to prevent mis-wear.
